About Roles

Roles provides an insight into which working style does and does not suit people in their collaboration with others. The questionnaire is based on various scientific models and ties in with more flexible organising practices. It helps you to assemble effective teams and to make a good match between the qualities of people and the work that is to be done.

Method

Roles enables you to identify 9 roles. A description is provided of each role and it can be indicated whether a role fits (3), somewhat fits (2) or is not characteristic (1). The result of the test is a description of the two most suitable roles. Furthermore, an indication is given of which tasks are a good fit with these roles, what problems can be encountered and what the least suitable roles are. The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to complete. The results are a good basis for deepening and strengthening the manner in which people can collaborate effectively and do their role justice.

Analytics

Wil je als organisatie zicht op scores van bepaalde teams of afdelingen of wil je toewerken naar een beleidsplan met aanbevelingen en richtingen voor interventies? Dan kun je onze analytics inzetten. Aan de vragenlijst wordt een analytics rapport gekoppeld. Alle resultaten van medewerkers komen geanonimiseerd samen in een overzichtelijk en interactief dashboard. In dit dashboard kun je inzoomen op bepaalde doelgroepen (geslacht en leeftijd) en krijg je zicht op hoe de medewerkers gescoord hebben op een bepaald onderdeel. Lees here meer over de analytics.
