Strengths 360 degrees is an easy way for people to become more aware of their self-image and collect the feedback provided by others. It focuses on what employees are really good at; their strengths. The feedback confirms their self-image or identifies qualities that they themselves did not expect, so that you can encourage them to consider how they can make better use of those talents. As a result, people not only work more effectively, but they get more pleasure out of their work too. You increase job satisfaction and therefore motivation.
