About Game-based Assessments
This innovative product allows a candidate to play a number of games on their mobile phone or laptop. These levels are challenging and fun for the candidate, but also provide important insights into a candidate. The choices a candidate makes in the game, actually says something about their personality and cognitive ability.
The Game-based assessments quickly reveal whether a candidate is a good fit for your organisation. This gives you more room to focus on the personal stories of your selected candidates.

The Game-based assessments were developed by Arctic Shores in collaboration with universities in the UK. Arctic Shores has won the award 'Diversity and Inclusion solution of the year 2021’ (TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards) with their Game-based assessments.


Method
The Game-based assessments combine tried and tested tasks used in psychometrics with innovative game technology. They give you an accurate idea of someone's true behaviour and preferences based on 5000 data points. The outcome is a fit score indicating whether the candidate is a good fit with the profile of your organisation and/or position.
Are you a candidate and do you want to practise the assessment? You can use your login details from the organisation you apply for to practise the assessment. With these login details you van login on the Trail App of Arctic Shores. The 'Trail App' provides you with more information. You can find the app in your app store.
