About the Cognitive Ability test

Does a candidate have strong verbal communication skills, do they have figural insight or is their numerical insight better? At what level does a candidate do their talent justice? The Cognitive ability test gives you an insight into a candidate’s approach to analysing and solving problems, gaining an overview and establishing links, as well as how they arrive at an opinion and make decisions. The Ability test gives you a clear idea of a candidate’s talents and that is an important part of their personal story.

Method

A number of leading intelligence models have been integrated into the Cognitive Ability test. The Cognitive Ability test tests one’s innate intelligence as well as acquired knowledge. This creates a comprehensive profile.

The Cognitive Ability test provides a clear insight into a person's potential. It is therefore a very appropriate selection, development and self-development tool.

The Cognitive Ability test comprises 4 to 7 subtests, depending on the level. A home test including a check test is available for remote and efficient testing.

Analytics
