About Personality
Personality has been developed on the basis of the Big Five theory, refined with Hofstee’s AB5C model, and has been awarded a very positive rating by the independent COTAN (Dutch Committee on Tests and Testing). eelloo’s Personality uses one of the most widely used questionnaires in the Netherlands. The questionnaire is based on data collected from approximately 250,000 completed programs. Personality is the essence of people's psychological profile; that which truly characterises them. Personality is therefore an indispensable tool when organising matters around people's talent.

Method
Personality gives you a complete personality profile of a candidate or employee in just 20 minutes. It is an easy way to determine whether a candidate will be successful in a position, role and/or team. There are two versions, namely a normative version and an ipsative version.
With the normative version you can choose between different reporting formats: a talent report, a competency report, a personality trait report. The normative version has two standards; selection and non-selection.
The other version is ipsative, which means that two statements are given, of which the most appropriate statement is to be selected. This results in a ranking of characteristics. This questionnaire is accompanied by a report that examines talents.

Aan de vragenlijst wordt een analytics rapport gekoppeld. Alle resultaten van medewerkers komen geanonimiseerd samen in een overzichtelijk en interactief dashboard. In dit dashboard kun je inzoomen op bepaalde doelgroepen (geslacht en leeftijd) en krijg je zicht op hoe de medewerkers gescoord hebben op een bepaald onderdeel. Lees here meer over de analytics.
