No one likes having to perform duties that they are not particularly good at and that is especially true if those activities are part of the core tasks that have to be done every day. If the job calls for essential skills, it is very useful to know in advance whether someone can manage them. eeloo's Skills tests provide quick and easy insight.

Method
The skills tests measure specific skills. The tests can be administered individually or in combination with other tests. When administered together with, for example, personality and abilities they give a good idea of someone’s abilities and character. This makes it easier to determine in what kind of work or organisation someone can flourish and which talents really fit a person.
English language proficiency
Does someone have sufficient knowledge of the language and are they able to apply that knowledge? What is the person’s language proficiency level?
Typing skills
Is someone able to type without errors? How many key strokes per minute?
Analytics
Wil je als organisatie zicht op scores van bepaalde teams of afdelingen of wil je toewerken naar een beleidsplan met aanbevelingen en richtingen voor interventies? Dan kun je onze analytics inzetten. Aan de vragenlijst wordt een analytics rapport gekoppeld. Alle resultaten van medewerkers komen geanonimiseerd samen in een overzichtelijk en interactief dashboard.
