Talent, motivation and job satisfaction
You can find talent in different areas. When people think about talents, they often think about sports, music, arts or dance. We look at talent in the context of work. Our definition: a talent is a natural ability to be good in something. Talents are a characteristic of a person. When people are able to use their talent, they will work more effectively and will like what they do. Insight in talents is the first step to more motivation and job satisfaction!

Background and Method
‘Talents’ has been developed based on the Big Five theory, refined with Hofstee’s AB5C model. The questionnaire has been awarded a very positive rating by the independent COTAN (Dutch Committee on Tests and Testing).
Candidates and employees get a complete talent profile in just 20 minutes. Our Personality questionnaire is at the base of these Talents. In the report you will find – in addition to the Big Five – a top 3 of their talents and a description of how to use these talents at their full potential.
We also offer a talent program: Explore your strengths. In this program people explore their talents through assignments and questionnaires. They create a development plan to strengthen their talents.
Analytics
Wil je als organisatie zicht op scores van bepaalde teams of afdelingen of wil je toewerken naar een beleidsplan met aanbevelingen en richtingen voor interventies? Dan kun je onze analytics inzetten. Aan de vragenlijst wordt een analytics rapport gekoppeld. Alle resultaten van medewerkers komen geanonimiseerd samen in een overzichtelijk en interactief dashboard. In dit dashboard kun je inzoomen op bepaalde doelgroepen (geslacht en leeftijd) en krijg je zicht op hoe de medewerkers gescoord hebben op een bepaald onderdeel. Lees here meer over de analytics.
