Method

Job Perception lets individual employees see how they perceive their work and their working environment – i.e. the culture within the organisation. Is someone full of energy or is someone under a lot of work pressure? How much leeway is someone given to organise their work according to their own needs? Does an employee still feel committed, or do they plan to resign?

By completing the questionnaire and discussing the report an employee is given the opportunity
to opt for their current job, (new) duties or a new career step based on what they feel is important in a job. This boosts self-reliance and job satisfaction.

The report answers the following five questions:

• How satisfied are you with your work?
• How do you feel in general?
• What requires energy?
• How do you deal with energy guzzlers?
• How engaged are you in your organisation?

By means of analytics, eelloo can analyse the collected data at different levels and you can draw important conclusions for teams, departments and the organisation. It gives you direct input for policy matters and for setting up appropriate programs.

Analytics

Wil je als organisatie zicht op scores van bepaalde teams of afdelingen of wil je toewerken naar een beleidsplan met aanbevelingen en richtingen voor interventies? Dan kun je onze analytics inzetten. Aan de vragenlijst wordt een analytics rapport gekoppeld. Alle resultaten van medewerkers komen geanonimiseerd samen in een overzichtelijk en interactief dashboard. In dit dashboard kun je inzoomen op bepaalde doelgroepen (geslacht en leeftijd) en krijg je zicht op hoe de medewerkers gescoord hebben op een bepaald onderdeel. Lees here meer over de analytics.
