About Motivation
Motives are needs that prompt action. It is important to let people reflect on what motivates them in their work. Motivation is based on McClelland’s Human Motivation theory. Motivation links what people find important to their work and to the working environment that suits them. That is how you work on an RH organisation.

Method
The Motivation test takes approximately 15 minutes. The strongest and weakest motives are then described in the report. Two versions are available: normative and ipsative. The selection and development standards are available for the normative questionnaire. Based on the report, you can make a match with suitable work and a culture that fits a person best.
Analytics
Wil je als organisatie zicht op scores van bepaalde teams of afdelingen of wil je toewerken naar een beleidsplan met aanbevelingen en richtingen voor interventies? Dan kun je onze analytics inzetten. Aan de vragenlijst wordt een analytics rapport gekoppeld. Alle resultaten van medewerkers komen geanonimiseerd samen in een overzichtelijk en interactief dashboard. In dit dashboard kun je inzoomen op bepaalde doelgroepen (geslacht en leeftijd) en krijg je zicht op hoe de medewerkers gescoord hebben op een bepaald onderdeel. Lees here meer over de analytics.
